International Scientific Conference – CRODMA
The CRODMA Conference is an international scientific conference in the field of marketing, organized by the Croatian Direct Marketing Association (CRODMA) in co-organization with its partners – University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University North, University of Zadar Department of Economics, Juraj Dobrila University of Pula Faculty of Economics and Tourism “Dr. Mijo Mirković, University J. J. Strossmayer of Osijek Faculty of Economics and Business, and University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar.
The aim of the conference is to bring together scientists and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, experience, and the latest trends in the field of marketing, with a special focus on direct and interactive marketing. The conference covers topics such as digital marketing, data-driven marketing, customer relationship management, the impact of digital technologies on marketing activities, changes in business models caused by technological advancements, as well as ethical and legal regulations in the digital environment, thereby actively contributing to the development of modern marketing practices.
The conference is held in Varaždin, at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics (www.foi.unizg.hr/en), and provides a platform for connecting the academic community and the business sector.

CRODMA konferencija je međunarodna znanstvena konferencija iz područja marketinga, koju organizira Hrvatska udruga za direktni i interaktivni marketing (CRODMA) u suorganizaciji s partnerima – Sveučilištem u Zagrebu Fakultet organizacije i informatike, Sveučilištem Sjever, Sveučilištem u Zadru Odjel za ekonomiju, Sveučilištem Jurja Dobrile u Puli Fakultet ekonomije i turizma “Dr. Mijo Mirković”, Sveučilištem Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku Ekonomski Fakultet te Veleučilištem „Laloslav Ružička“ u Vukovaru.
Cilj konferencije je okupiti znanstvenike i stručnjake iz prakse kako bi razmijenili znanja, iskustva i najnovije trendove iz područja marketinga, s posebnim fokusom na direktni i interaktivni marketing. Konferencija pokriva teme poput digitalnog marketinga, marketinga vođenog podacima, upravljanja odnosima s klijentima, utjecaja digitalnih tehnologija na marketinške aktivnosti, promjene poslovnih modela uzrokovanih tehnologijama te etičkih i pravnih regulativa u digitalnom okruženju, čime se aktivno doprinosi razvoju modernih marketinških praksi.
Konferencija se održava u Varaždinu, na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu Fakultetu organizacije i informatike (www.foi.unizg.hr) te pruža platformu za povezivanje akademske zajednice i poslovnog sektora.
